The barbell accommodates 2" olympic weight plates and is ideal for advanced training when the straight Olympic Bar alone is not producing the desired result in your training. Standard 2" collars will fit the bar (included).  Multigrip bars, aka, football bars, are great workout tools for people with shoulder issues.
